Every Pika.me account comes with a single shared Pika Wallet. One balance fuels every generation across all 14+ creative models - video, image, music, voice, transcription. No per-model subscriptions, no fourteen separate invoices, no surprise bills.
Three concepts you need to understand before you generate anything.
A single balance attached to your Pika.me account. Every generation across every model debits from this one wallet - no separate provider subscriptions to manage.
The unit of currency inside the wallet. One Pika Token equals approximately $0.01 at the standard pack rate. Every generation costs a specific token amount based on the model.
No monthly fee, no auto-renewal, no expiration. Buy a pack when your balance gets low, spend tokens only when your agent actually generates content.
The Pika Wallet is the billing abstraction that makes the rest of the platform feel cohesive. Without it, you'd be juggling subscription pages for Sora, Runway, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, and a dozen other models - each with its own pricing dimension (per-second video, per-character voice, per-image still) and its own monthly renewal cycle. Pika folds all of that into one token unit and one balance.
Every time your Pika Agent generates a clip, image, voiceover, or transcript, the underlying model gets paid at its own rate - but you only ever see the cost in tokens, and you only ever see one balance going down. Top up when it's low, ignore it when it's full. That's the whole user experience.
pika.art video product do not transfer over. If you previously had a balance there, you'll need to start fresh on Pika.me.
Five steps from buying a pack to seeing the generated output - and where tokens get debited along the way.
Buy a token pack from $7.99 to $149.99. Tokens land in your wallet instantly.
Ask your Pika Agent to generate something - a clip, image, voiceover, or full skill.
The agent picks the best model for your request based on your style and intent.
Tokens are subtracted at the model's own rate - visible in your dashboard.
You receive the generated content, and the transaction is logged in your wallet history.
Flat rate across all tiers - buy whatever pack matches your usage rhythm.
All packs price tokens at approximately $0.01 per token. There's no bulk discount per token at higher tiers - bigger packs simply front-load your spend so you don't have to top up as often.

Adjust the volumes below to see how many tokens you'll burn in a typical month - and which token pack covers it.
Six practical tips for keeping your token spend predictable and your balance healthy.
Your wallet view on pika.me shows current balance, recent debits, and which model each debit corresponds to. Spending an extra 30 seconds a week here pays off in cost awareness.
Two thousand tokens is enough to genuinely test the platform across all model categories without overcommitting. You'll learn your actual spend pattern in about a week.
If you're cost-conscious, ask explicitly: "use a budget video model for this." MiniMax Video burns 5ร fewer tokens than Sora for many use cases - the agent will route accordingly.
Sora is the most expensive video model. Use it sparingly for one or two cinematic anchor shots per project, and let cheaper models like Pika Video or MiniMax handle the supporting clips.
When building a creative idea, do your exploration with cheap models. Only switch to high-end models once you've nailed the prompt and composition. This easily saves 40โ60% of your wallet spend.
Pricing is flat across pack sizes, but larger packs mean fewer top-up interruptions. Once you've used the platform for a month and know your average spend, scale up to whichever pack covers 1โ2 months of usage.
Not everything your Pika Agent does costs tokens. Here's the line between billable generations and free actions.
Tokens get debited only when generative work happens. The agent's reasoning, planning, conversation, memory recall, identity-file reads, and tool routing all happen for free. The wallet only opens up when a real creative model produces output - a video clip, a still image, an audio file, a transcript, or a real-time stream frame.

Sign in to pika.me on the web or open the iOS app, and your current balance is displayed on the main dashboard. There's also a Wallet section in your account settings showing your full transaction history - every credit (top-up) and every debit (generation).
No. Tokens don't expire while your account is active. Pika.me operates on a pay-as-you-go model, not a use-it-or-lose-it monthly allowance. Once you buy tokens, they're yours until you either spend them or close your account.
Pika.me accepts major credit and debit cards through secure checkout on the web. On iOS, purchases go through Apple's in-app purchase system, which supports Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, and store credit. Web and iOS purchases both top up the same Pika Wallet.
Pika doesn't currently publish a per-generation refund policy. Since the underlying provider model has already done the compute work, refunds for individual generations aren't typically offered. For broader concerns or large unintended debits, contact support@pika.me - they handle these case-by-case.
Yes. When your agent is about to invoke a paid model, the expected token cost is shown in the response before the debit happens. You can confirm or adjust the request - for example, asking the agent to use a cheaper model - before the wallet is touched.
You'll see an "insufficient tokens" message and the agent will pause generation. Existing generated content is unaffected - only future debits stop. Visit your wallet, top up with any pack size, and generation resumes immediately.
As of launch, Pika.me operates on one-time pack purchases only - no auto-renewal, no recurring monthly charge. You explicitly top up when your balance gets low. This is intentional: it keeps the pay-as-you-go model honest and prevents accidental overspend.
Yes. The wallet is attached to your Pika.me account, not to an individual agent. If you create multiple agents (for example, one personal and one client-facing), they all draw from the same wallet. You can see in your dashboard which agent triggered each debit.
Yes - but only for generations. When a Pikafied Claude conversation produces a video, image, audio file, or transcript, your Pika Wallet is debited at the model's rate. Claude's own reasoning and text output still bills against your Claude subscription as normal.
The standard rate across all published packs is approximately $0.01 per token. The 800-token Starter pack is $7.99, the 15,000-token Producer pack is $149.99 - all roughly the same per-token price. There's no per-token discount for buying larger packs.
Pika has hinted that earning and monetization features will return in the future - they were part of the original product roadmap before being paused. As of now, the only way to add tokens to your wallet is to buy a pack.
No. The legacy pika.art video product and Pika.me are separate products with separate wallets. Tokens and subscriptions from the old account don't transfer. You'll need to start with a fresh Pika Wallet on Pika.me.
One wallet. Fourteen models. No subscriptions, no surprises.
